Retainer Packages

With a design retainer, you don’t just get graphics, you get a creative partner who knows your brand and your goals. Instead of starting from scratch with every project, I’ll already understand your style and needs, which means faster turnaround, less back-and-forth, and more consistency.

What do retainer packages include?

Every package is customized to fit your monthly needs. Here is a glimpse of what could be included for starters:

Print Materials: Business cards, posters, flyers, mailers, yard signs

Digital Materials: Powerpoint templates, email templates, info graphics

Social Media: Advertisement graphics, social templates for instagram + facebook, content management

Website Updates: Banner graphic updates, web content updates

How do retainers work?

3-Month Start – We begin with a 3-month commitment, then adjust if you need more or fewer hours going forward.

Monthly Hours – Each package includes a set number of hours. If you need more, extra time is billed at my regular hourly rate.

No Wasted Time – Unused hours roll into the next month and stay active for up to 12 months.

Priority Service – Retainer clients always come first—you’ll jump ahead of one-off projects.

Easy Billing – You’ll get one invoice at the start of each month with your retainer fee and any extra hours included.

Built-in Flexibility – Need to step away? Just let me know 30 days in advance.

Event Graphics Packages

Each Events Graphics package can be purchased per event. For more than one event per month, a monthly rate can be offered. Each package comes with a free consultation and 2 revisions.
